1. How quickly is my order filled? Orders are filled within 5-7 business days of being placed.
2. What credit cards do you accept? We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover.
3. What is the return policy? Items can be returned for exchange or refund (within 30 days of purchase) by sending back the item(s) to us along with your receipt. We will send a replacement item (excluding shipping charges) or issue a refund for the original invoice amount of the returned item.
We can also arrange for the item to be exchanged through the main office. Contact the bookstore for more information at 716.874.4024 Ext. 4130.
4. What are the bookstore hours? You can order online24/7! Local pickup is available through our Main Office, simply designate "pickup" when placing your online order.
The St. Joe's Shop in the school is open from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm on weekdays.
5. When can I pickup my online order from the Main Office? Hours for merchandise pickup are Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. You will be advised via email when your order is ready for pickup.
